Bloodline Wisdom ! She is the first of these kinds of paintings for me and I absolutely fell in love!
The red— literally representing ones origins and bloodline and also a perfect symbol of the grounded energy I always want to cultivate and the Third Eye Chakra adding the energy of inner wisdom, self trust and alignment. Vision! It’s IN you!
In the close ups you can see remnants of the different sketches that are a part of her creation…lines of her past that show through her skin to show where she started. I try to keep a raw and organic energy when I paint so I think the parts that seem “imperfect” or “unfinished” are what make the painting perfect. Art imitates life, right? I’m not afraid to show the beginning within the end result. The resonance of the journey is what we learn from! What we become from.
She was created intuitively while I was practicing surrendering to the flow at the Beltline in Atlanta back in 2024. I am so glad I’ve finally gotten the courage to share her in this way where someone will be able to feel her power and resonate with her in their office, studio or home.
